Sell my book for 65% of the gross.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED (moving to InfusionSoft)

Affiliate Marketing with Ed Rivis I’ve just launched a new affiliate program that allows you to sell my book (and other products) for 65% of the gross profit.. (Yes, you read that right. I’ll explain why in a moment).

What this means is that if you sign up (it only takes about 5 minutes) — you then get code you can simply paste onto your web site and into your emails to display some banners and links to my book (and other product) web sites.

Then when any of your customers or clients click those links and buy — you share 65% of the gross sale price.

For example, let’s say you sign up and promote my book on your website homepage, and over the next few weeks 100 people click those links and buy my book… you would automatically receive more than £1,300 (approx. $2,600 USD) direct to your PayPal account.

If that sounds like a nice thing, sign up here.

If this all sounds crazy to you, and you think I’ve lost my marbles… then you probably haven’t read my book!

If you have read my book and it still sounds crazy, please re-read the section on front end marketing and lifetime value respectively.

And if it still doesn’t make sense — “why would I give away 65% of the gross?” then leave a comment on this blog, and I’ll explain it in detail.

Because if you really want to succeed in business (and not just on the web) then these two strategies are absolutely critical for you to understand.

Affiliate marketing is a powerful way of putting customer acquisition on auto-pilot… and if you sign up and are on the receiving end, the commissions are quite nice too.

Everyone who reads this blog either does have — or should have an affiliate program.

Sign up to mine, make money promoting my book to your own list of customers or clients, and see how easy to is to build your own business on auto-pilot (while at the same time making a heap of money for about 5 minutes work.)

I look forward to welcoming you as a highly valued affiliate partner.

-Ed.

PS. If you previously contacted me directly about becoming an affiliate — or are already a strategic alliance partner — I’ll be contacting you directly to discuss this new opportunity.

PPS. I’ll be making some videos on how to leverage the affiliate programme shortly.

    Ed,

    This is crazy! Seriously. On top of offering such a fantastic product you’re now giving it away (so to speak).

    Thanks for the affiliate program!

    Regards,

    Mohamed

    Ed,

    Interested to see that you have chosen IDevAffiliate for your affiliate software.

    Is there a particular reason you have chosen that program rather than any of the other affiliate programs available?

    Mohamed: You’re welcome and I look forward to building a strong relationship with you. (I’ve got quite a few useful affiliate resources lined up — as an affiliate you’ll be emailed privately with those. Thanks again.

    Francis: Great question. I’ll blog in depth about this at some point, but for now I’ll list the main reasons…

    * Can be installed on a single domain yet manage all of my products and services (instead of having to install the affiliate software on each standalone product site which would be a pain for me and my affiliates).

    * It was recommended by (and is used by some top Internet Marketers.

    * PayPal friendly.

    * Capable of supporting digital download protection scripts.

    * Excellent back end support.

    * Inexpensive yet full featured.

    * Good documentation

    * Simple to set up.

    Those items are also in what I consider to be order of importance.

    (For example I’ve got a strong techical background so ease of setup was least importance — but for anyone who is non-technical that may be a lot higher up the list.)

    There are more reasons, but off the top of my head these are the main things I looked for. (I’ve been looking a long time and at a lot of different options… although I’m sure now I’ve chosen a system, someone will pop up and say “Ohhh you should be using…. ” ;-)

    -Ed.
