I think your &#039;post-it note&#039; is great - but good advice too on &#039;getting the most from what you&#039;ve already got&#039;.  We all do it - collect loads more stuff, and rows more books, to help us along - but seldom, I&#039;ve found when discussing this matter, does Mr Average use even 1% of what he&#039;s got sitting there.  

&#039;Shelf&#039; development I call it, rather than &#039;self&#039; development.

But then, when you come across someone who really is good, there is always going to be that natural reaction to move onto the perceptually &#039;better&#039; stuff to gain the advantage - and your products and advice are amongst the best.  QED.
