(Obviously the cookie only works in the browser used at the time of subscription.) @Paul - They're created using a combination of bought in stock photography (usually from iStockPHoto.com and BigStockPhoto.com) with illustrations and text laid on top using Adobe Illustrator. That creates the flat cover graphic. The 3D version is then produced automatically using the CoverActionPro plug-ins for Adobe Photoshop...
