Coaching by Email
I’m about to open the doors on a brand new e-mail coaching programme for UK business owners, but I’m only taking on a small handful of clients.

First of all, it’s going to be a structured coaching programme.
I’ll be taking you through a specific sequence to tweak, optimise, create and refine a bespoke (custom) web marketing strategy for your business.

I’ll show you how to implement systems that automatically build a big list (database) of potential customers and clients who are interested in what you sell, using a powerful combination of sales-lead generation web pages and blogging.
A key aspect of this is TRAFFIC – finding the best sources of potential customers and clients and finding effective ways of encouraging them to visit your website.
That could include SEO, but we will almost definitely look as faster and far more reliable ways of increasing the traffic to your website.

I’ll show you how to build strong relationships with the hundreds or thousands of potential customers and clients on your email list.

We’ll create systems that turn sales-leads into big paying customers and clients using the ‘ascension model’.
4. Your passive income opportunities.
I’ll show you how to use the Internet to open new streams of revenue, which could include becoming a ‘digital publisher’, to create and selling information products, and also get up your company up and running with inbound and outbound affiliate marketing.
NB: These are both huge opportunities for professional service providers like consultants and advisers who currently only sell time for money.
5. Your systems, workflows and outsourcing strategy.
We’ll make sure your marketing all happens effortlessly, consistently and relentlessly… without you even having to be present… which should be one of the biggest goals for any business.
How Coaching Works
Once you become a coaching client we get on the phone and discuss your goals and objectives, plus I’ll use that call to gather some information about your existing web marketing activities.
Following that call I’ll review your existing website(s) and information you furnish me with, to identify areas that can be quickly (or even instantly) improved to generate instant sales and cash windfalls.
I’ll also give you strategy recommendations to implement over the medium and long term — covering all five of the key areas addressed above.
Following this, you’ll have direct access to me via my private email address.
Every weekday I’ll be on call to answer any questions you have, as you implement the advice given in my recommendations.
Also at the end of every week (or fortnight if you prefer) I’ll be in touch to find out how you’re doing, to check your progress and make sure you’re on track.
Please note: I don’t expect you to implement all my advice yourself. In fact I strongly advise against it.
Many of the things I recommend can be done by professional copywriters, designers and programmers, for a low cost.
In my experience, failing to outsource and delegate is one of the biggest reasons why so many companies do such poor business online.
Shoddy, unprofessional website designs, lack of decent copy, inefficient back office systems… all of those can be sorted out with relatively low cost investment that quickly generates substantial returns.
The key is knowing good suppliers who won’t screw you, and who will deliver a quality service.
For this reason I will also give you exclusive access to my coveted list of suppliers, who you can use to get things like lead pages (name squeeze pages) and new websites built, copy written and graphics designed.
All I ask if you don’t share my suppliers with anyone else. It’s taken years of trial and error — and a lot of money — to build up a list of ‘best of breed’ suppliers, so let’s keep them to ourselves!

How long does coaching last?
There could be a lot of work to do. Or maybe only a little. It depends on what systems and web marketing you already have in place. We could be working together for just a few months, or maybe longer.
Like I say, it depends on what you’ve already got in place. We’ll find out once we start, and clearly establish goals, timelines and deadlines.
My new coaching programme is all about getting things done, and finding ways to increase your sales and profits through (or as a direct result of) enhanced online marketing.
However, it’s not open to just anyone.
Are you eligible?
I won’t be accepting startups – that’s new businesses less than a year old, or businesses that are currently losing money.
With the aid of my coaching well identify how to significantly increase your profits, but it is essential that you actually are generating sales and making a profit at the moment.
The reason I say this is that while my coaching is guaranteed to increase your sales and profits, it is not an instant fix or Golden Panacea to deep-routed business problems.
One thing I’ve had over the years is a handful of new clients who it turned out were under SO much pressure to fix their businesses, that the moment they became coaching clients that tried to transfer ALL of that pressure on to my shoulders. Not good!
If your business is in turmoil, please, stop reading now. My coaching will not be for you – my advice concentrates on sales and marketing. I do not work on areas such as cash-flow problems, staffing issues or similar. (There are general business coaches who specialise in these areas, but I’m not one of them. I only ‘do’ marketing.)

How Much Does it Cost?
My current rates are £500+vat per month – just one email from me could both save AND make you that much more in profit… and you can send me as many emails as you want any day of the week, while you’re an active client.
Once you become a coaching client that price is ‘locked in’, so that when I next increase my monthly fee, it won’t apply to you — you won’t pay any more per month than the rate you paid in your first month.
Also, there’s no commitment.
You can stop your coaching any time you like if you personally circumstances change, or more likely – when the systems we set up have automated your marketing to the point where you feel you no longer need me as your coach.
And that’s a natural part of the process. Coaching is not meant to last forever.
In fact, the sooner you’re no longer a coaching client the better! Because it means the process has worked faster for you and your systems have been set up quickly, and are generating the desired results… more enquiries, sales and profit.
