			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>What percentage of people who visit YOUR site <strong>actually buy or enquire?</strong></p>
<p>An average across many industries, only 3% &#8212; a paltry 3 people out of every 100 who visit a website &#8212; actually buy or enquire from it.</p>
<p><strong>So what happens to the other 97%?</strong></p>
<p>Well most business websites let the other 97 percent slip through their fingers <strong>like grains of sand</strong>. Just think of all that wasted opportunity.</p>
<p>Because here&#8217;s the thing &#8212; you can bet your bottom dollar that at least a small if not LARGE percentage of those non-buying, non-enquiring visitors go on to buy whatever you offer <strong>from your competitors</strong>.</p>
<p>After leaving your site, they either forget about you, or a competitor gets a message in front of them  and lures them away before you get another chance to convince them you have what they want.</p>
<p>So let me give you <strong>the ULTIMATE solution</strong> to this problem&#8230; a way of first ethically capturing the details (name, email, telephone) of a significant number of those other 97 percent, and then using those details to nurture them to become <strong>long term, loyal and high-value customers and clients</strong>.</p>

<p>Your website visitors need somewhere they can enter their name and email address (and possibly additional details). In return they get whatever you&#8217;re offering for free.</p>

<p>When they fill in the form and click the submit button, they automatically get the free gift and their details are added to your prospect database.</p>
<p>This is the most critical step&#8230;</p>
<h3>STEP 4)<em>Follow up!</em></h3>
<p>Of all the <a  target="_blank"  rel="nofollow"  href="http://swpurl.com/hosting">website</a> owning entrepreneurs I&#8217;ve spoken to over the years, very few of them are capturing their visitors data.</p>
<p>And of the ones that are&#8230; very few of those are <em>following up effectively</em>&#8230; or even at all! Using the data to follow-up is the final and most critical step.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s how you <strong>turn leads into sales</strong>, and best of all, a lot of that follow-up can be done <em>for free</em>, using email.</p>
<h2>Realise the process above is one of the <em>fastest</em> ways to use the web to grow your business.</h2>
<p>&nbsp;<br />
It was one of the main focus points of my book <a href="http://www.ultimatewebstrategy.com">The Ultimate Web Marketing Strategy</a>, and I know it literally <em>transforms</em> businesses when they correctly implement this approach.</p>
<p><strong>What do you offer for free?</strong> Well lots of things. Here are some ideas&#8230;</p>

<li>Write a special report or whitepaper that prospects will find fascinating.</li>

<p>Secondly, I <em>didn&#8217;t</em> interview Jonathan yesterday.</p>
<p>I instead thought it&#8217;d be better to do it in &#8220;formal interview mode&#8221;, not across a dinner table in a busy London restaurant.</p>
<p>So next Tuesday I&#8217;m interviewing him to spill the beans on &#8230;</p>
<p>* How he <strong>systematically </strong>grew his multi-million pound business.</p>
<p>* What he <strong>focuses </strong>on when he starts a new business (I heard him talk about this in another interview, and it blew my mind.)</p>
<p>* How he <strong>delegate</strong>s and <strong><a  target="_blank"  rel="nofollow"  href="http://swpurl.com/vworker">outsource</a></strong>s key tasks, to multiply the rate of business growth, avoid being bogged down in technicalities, and keep maximum focus on the most important business building tasks. </p>
<p>And I will also (unfortunately) have to ask him to tell you how he took my personal record of 1,035 new email subscribers in 30 days. Mind blowing stuff.</p>
<p>Anyway that will happen next Tuesday so the audio should be available here (on this blog) by next Wednesday. Watch out for that&#8230; because I&#8217;ll hopefully get Jonathan leaking more molten gold than he did in our private conversation.</p>
<p>One final thing I want to share with you. In another interview recently, he said something that really <em>stuck in my mind</em>. </p>
<p>From recent surveys I know many of my readers are quite frustrated with where they are at the moment, so let me share something he said&#8230;</p>

<p>Someone who recently finished reading my latest ebook, <a href="http://uwms.co.uk">The 7 Biggest Web Money Making Secrets</a>, asked me where I got the term <strong>&#8216;Irresistible Offer&#8217;</strong> from.</p>
<p>He kindly suggested I&#8217;d &#8220;borrowed&#8221; the term from renowned Internet marketer Mark Joyner, who authored a great book by the same name.</p>
<p>The truth is I can&#8217;t remember where I got it from &#8212; probably from my friend and one-time mentor Paul Gorman. (If not the term, Paul certainly introduced me to the concept back in 2003.)</p>
<p>The fact is it doesn&#8217;t really matter where I got the term from &#8212; the only point worth considering is that an Irresistible Offer is one of the big secrets to attracting HUGE volumes of NEW customers or clients in a very short timeframe.</p>
<p>An effective and genuine Irresistible Offer will leave large numbers of prospects clamouring to buy more from you, and will pave the way to massive, rapid business growth&#8230; especially when used in conjunction with landing pages.</p>

<p>And yet hardly <strong>ANY</strong> small business owners are taking advantage of the tactic to sell more and grow faster.</p>
<blockquote><p>Big and fast growing businesses are using this tactic all the time. If you don&#8217;t believe me, I recommend you look at your morning&#8217;s post with fresh curiosity.</p>
<p>Look out for very strong offers, usually with scarcity attached (&#8220;Time limited&#8221; and &#8220;Only XX available&#8221; type offers&#8230; and check out the web addresses pages those offers display&#8230; not to corporate <a  target="_blank"  rel="nofollow"  href="http://swpurl.com/hosting">website</a> homepages but instead to landing pages. </p>
<p>Clever marketing. And dead easy to replicate.</p></blockquote>
<p>Okay, so in case you&#8217;re wondering exactly what an Irressistible Offer is, I&#8217;ll tell you right now &#8211;(so that the moment you finish reading this you&#8217;ll put one together for your own business.)</p>

<p>They&#8217;ll also be able to cross-sell other product lines (once they fully understand their new customers needs &#8211; and a quick online survey can uncover those needs.)</p>
<p>And they&#8217;ll be able to leverage the rapidly growing list of new customers by recommending complementary products from other companies (for a nice commission of course!)</p>
<p>E-Commerce and retailers can use irresistible offers to storm their marketplace, and service companies have just as much if not more opportunity to leverage them.</p>
<p>Entrepreneurial service professionals can author a special report or whitepaper &#8212; that has high intrinsic value &#8212; and &#8216;gift&#8217; it to prospects.</p>
